Anthony, our owner and founder, has been involved in the health field since 2005. Beginning as a Personal Trainer, Anthony competed in natural body building and powerlifting, gaining an appreciation for the injuries that come along with competitive sports. Anthony, our owner and founder, has been involved in the health field since 2005. Beginning as a Personal Trainer, Anthony competed in natural body building and powerlifting, gaining an appreciation for the injuries that come along with competitive sports. In 2012, Anthony earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Dominican University. Six months into his career, Anthony became the a Clinical Director of an Outpatient office, laying the framework for operating an independent facility in the future. In 2020 in the midst of global crisis, Anthony saw the need for a manual based, exclusively one on one facility and Forte Physical Therapy was born. Presently, Anthony continues to offer exceptional manual based Physical Therapy and private personal training. Anthony holds a Physical Training Certification through the Department of Criminal Justice, affording him the ability to assist current and aspiring Law Enforcement Officers to prepare for rigorous physical fitness requirements. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys weight lifting, running, reading and spending time with his wife and four children.
Krista received her undergraduate education at St. Thomas Aquinas College in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. She has taken continuing education focusing on manual therapy, trigger point, myofascial release, muscle energy

She has taken continuing education focusing on manual therapy, trigger point, myofascial release, muscle energy technique, neurofascial mobilization and vestibular rehabilitation. Krista has a strong athletic background and enjoys working with sports-related injuries. She also has experience treating the pediatric population. Krista brings an attitude and care for patients that makes it hard for them to leave even when they are back to 100 percent!
