All of the physical therapists at Forte Physical Therapy have advanced degrees in physical therapy and are licensed by the state. They also participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and research.
During a typical physical therapy session at Forte Physical Therapy, you will work one-on-one with your therapist to perform exercises, receive manual therapy, and learn strategies to manage your condition or injury.
We are in network with Medicare, Anthem Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Plans, Anthem Senior Advantage Plans, Blue Medicare Advantage Plans, Anthem Medicare Advantage Plans, Anthem Veteran Plans, Anthem Full Dual Advantage Plans, Anthem Select, Empire MediBlue Plans,Vision Minimum Premium Plans, Worker's Compensation, No Fault/MVA and we work with most major insurances. No insurance or high deductible? No problem. We offer affordable private pay options as well.
Generally, our sessions are approximately one hour. Half an hour is dedicated to working with one of our therapists, while the other half an hour is one on one work with one of our aides that is an expert on exercise.
Our therapists will provide in-home workout lists, with instructions to aid you in completing your rehab in the correct fashion.
